Is this really free, or is it going to be a 90-minute sales pitch?
Yes, it's really free. And no, it's not a pitch. I'm going to teach you the entire system I use with my paying clients — including the exact Facebook ad strategy, the follow-up scripts, and the 30/60/90 retention process. At the end I'll mention what I do for contractors who want me to run it for them, but the entire 90 minutes is pure teaching. If you show up expecting a pitch and leave disappointed, I'll buy you lunch.
I've been burned by recruiters before. Why are you different?
Fair question. Most recruiters post your job on Indeed, collect a fee, and disappear. I don't touch Indeed. I run Facebook ads targeting employed workers who aren't looking on job boards. I screen every candidate myself with a 100-point system. And I back every placement with a 45-day fill guarantee and 90-day replacement guarantee. I'm not a recruiter in the traditional sense — I'm a hiring system builder.
