About This Position

We are hiring Finish Carpenters / Trim Installers for a well-established, premium architectural millwork and finish carpentry company serving the Rocky Mount and Roanoke, Virginia area.

This company specializes in luxury residential and high-end commercial projectsincluding boutique hotels, country clubs, and upscale custom homes. You'll work alongside experienced leads on some of the most detailed, craft-driven projects in the region.

This is a company that promotes from within— the right person can move from entry-level to lead quickly based on merit and attitude.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Interior trim installation (base, crown, casing)
Window and door installation
Cabinet installation
Stairway installation
Architectural millwork
Basic finish carpentry tasks
Attention to detail on high-end luxury projects

The Package

What We Offer

$18 - $26/hour depending on experience

Requirements

What We're Looking For

1-5 years of carpentry or finish work experience preferred
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Valid driver's license required
Reliable transportation
Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start
Must pass a background check

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Ability to cope base and crown moldingOSHA 10 certificationStair installation experienceCabinet installation experience

Schedule

Monday – Friday| 7:00 AM start | 9.5–10 hour days | 45–50 hours/week with overtime pay.
