About This Position

InBioDyn is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. We're a small company that builds specialty safety training equipment used by construction crews across the country.

You'll do hands-on assembly work — vinyl application to glass, adhesive bonding, powder coating touch-ups, building stands, palletizing, and quality inspection. This is detail-oriented work where you'll take pride in what ships out the door.

We're a laid-back team that jokes around but gets it done when it counts. We're looking for someone who listens, learns, and wants to grow — not a know-it-all who thinks they've seen it all.

What You'll Do

Apply vinyl to glass panels and perform adhesive bonding (glass to steel)
Assemble floor systems and stands
Touch up powder coating and repainting as needed
Palletize and prep equipment for shipping
Perform quality inspections before products ship
Use power tools: drills, jigsaws, table saws, pneumatic nail guns
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
Help maintain a clean, organized shop

What We're Looking For

Willingness to learn (this is #1 — seriously)
Comfort with power tools (drills, saws, nail guns)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (with a partner when needed)
Attention to detail — you catch the scuffs before it ships
Good attitude and thick skin (we joke around here)
Reliable — show up on time, do the work
Must like dogs 🐕

Location Requirement

Must live within 20 minutes of Roanoke, VA. This includes Salem, Vinton, and surrounding areas.
